Wolfenbüttel, 30 March 2025 – The bar scene is turning orange as Jägermeister unveils its latest creation: Jägermeister ORANGE. Starting in April 2025, this ice-cold shot will be available in Germany, Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Norway, and Global Travel Retail, following its successful launch in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. With an alcohol content of 33% ABV, Jägermeister ORANGE combines the smooth and fruity taste of oranges and mandarins with a fine herbal note and a subtle bitterness.

Gunar Splanemann, Senior Director of Global Innovation and Design at Mast-Jägermeister SE, explains: “With the introduction of Jägermeister ORANGE, we are showcasing a new, lighter side of our brand and strategically expanding our portfolio to tap into new market segments and meet dynamic consumer preferences. We are optimistic that Jägermeister ORANGE, following its successful debut in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, will also be well received in other markets.”

Jägermeister ORANGE is based on the secret recipe of the original, consisting of 56 herbs, blossoms, roots, and fruits. Through the so-called maceration process, the precious ingredients are extracted. The Jägermeister base then matures for about a year in wooden barrels to develop the perfect aroma. Finally, high-quality citrus oil from Sicilian orange and mandarin peels is added. A particularly gentle extraction process ensures that the essential oils are optimally preserved, giving the spirit a full-bodied aroma. Production takes place exclusively in Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony, before being bottled and exported from the German facilities.

With 100 percent natural ingredients, Jägermeister ORANGE emphasizes quality and authenticity, appealing especially to young adults who appreciate innovative, characterful brands and seek extraordinary taste experiences.
